Rain, Rain and more rain!

We measured 46mm at 7.30 am, and it is still raining at 12.38pm.This is our creek and the billabong - the post behind Andrew will eventually have to be cut out, so that the flood doesn't pull the whole fence out.
The creeks haven't been this high in the 15 years we have been here....Spring Creek is over the road, and there is water, water everywhere - up to the fence at the bottom of the garden, and the BOM has just issued a major flood warning for the Sevens Creek and Castle Creek at Euroa. All very exciting, but we are pleased to be here and not on the flats. We'll post some photos once we have downloaded them.

Meanwhile, Alisoun is happy in France after just 6 days, although recovering from the very long school days (8am-6pm). She won't know herself when she gets back here and resumes our 6 hour school days!! But she sounds well and happy.

And Nicole, one of our mother pigs, is getting larger and larger...piglets due soon, and we have separated her from Paris and Anthony.  She likes the extra attention! Makes her feel quite special!
